Slightly off topic question.

What software do you use for your Ticket system? We want to deploy something similar on our website, and your system seems to be very efficient.

It’s actually a custom built system, which has allowed me to taylor it specifically to SiteOrigin’s needs.
The best alternative is probably something like BBPress though.
