Thumbnails not showing on Originsite Carousel

Hi there,

I have gone through and checked the forum for answers to this, but none of them seem to help me in resolving this issue. I hope you can help me with this.

I am developing a site for a client using the Vantage Theme but cannot seem to get the Siteorigin carousel to keep its changes. The posts all have a featured image assigned but thumbnails with only grey boxes show.

I have repeated the set up from scratch many times. The first edit had four thumbnail images and I changed these. The 2nd edit showed only 2 images, and every subsequent edit has shown only blank thumbnails since. I have reset the featured images as well. Everything seems to be in order with images and post settings, so perhaps I’ve been trying to work on this for too long and am now missing something simple.

    The cause of the problem was the permalink of the media images were all made to /#main – this was done by the media renamer plugin.

    Case solved.
