Installer Thumb-gallery problem
Hi!
I have problems with displaying gallery-thumbs.
I built several pages and like the design. But suddenly some of the thumbs have another size.
I am using Page Builder and have chooses GALLERY (PB) as widget.
The display I like is the one with thumb size rectangular (as the image original size).
The error thumbs has a square thumb.

Please check what setting the Gallery has. Large, Medium and Thumbnail should adhere to the size settings you have declared under Settings > Media.
But why has not all the thumbs the same shape? The size settings under Settings > Media has always been the same while creating the pages.

I did see your screenshots. I’m not sure why this is the case. In addition to the checks I initially outlined you can try running:

At the moment I don´t dare to use the thumbnail plugin, in case, it will make my thums in sqare form.
I tried to go to media and set the thumbs to my desired size, created new gallery but they were still square!!
What I like about the landscape thumb is that you can see the hole image but smaller. In the square images you dont see the hole image, just a bit of it. Is there no way to make it work? I used the Gallery (PB) for all the gallery, strange that it suddenly changes the form.

You’re running a premium theme off ThemeForest. Page Builder is a free to bundle plugin but we do ask that in the cases where it’s been bundled with a premium product, the support must go to the developers.
The Page Builder plugin is functioning correctly. I’m not sure where the gallery-thumb size is being pulled from, that’s something the widget will pick up if available. At this stage my suggestion would to re-generate thumbnails but as I mentioned above, it would be best to take this up with the theme developers on the theme support page.

Ok. Please keep in mind though that they’ve sold you a premium product, bundled our free plugin in with it and then diverted you to us for support on that. Page Builder’s license is such that they are welcome to do so. That said there is no permission process from our side.
Your source images are all 600 x 400. You have the same gallery settings for all of your galleries on that page. Given those facts it’s my recommendation that you try running Regenerate Thumbnails. Run a backup from Tools > Export before doing so.
Update! I used the plugin to regenerate thumbnails. That was NOT GOOD. Now are all images square! I did use size 102x68px in settings > media. But anyway I get square images. I did abort the regenerate at 60%.
Solved (I think).
I tried to change the image size on Gallery (PB) to “thumbnail” instead of “gallery-thumb” and now it displays as I want!
What a mess! But I think it is now solved! Thanks for helping!
