Three languages on front page.

I am using Vantage Premium for this site being developed for a major surgeon: http://81.27.85.13/~hipandk/

We have a requirement for three flag icons on the front page, in the header area, to all links to two other “front pages” which will be in Arabic, LTR, and Spanish.

The idea is that the user will be able to click on the flag and will be taken a page that, initially anyway, welcomes them in one of these two languages, with the main site remaining in English.

Does anyone know if this is possible and how.

I am not a coder myself but am not scared to “tinker” is the code is correct and I know which file to amend.

Could anyone advise please.
