According to your error message, this issue appears to be related to a plugin called Best Social Features. More specifically, an issue with their plugin and their integration with the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. Please try disabling that plugin to see if that restores access to the editor. If it does, please report this issue to the developers of Best Social Features plugin.
