Theme update

I have already thema Vantage on my webpage. I want to update my current version (1.0.1) to latest update (1.3.4), there is some error ” Destination folder already exists. /data/web/virtuals/64766/virtual/www/wp-content/themes/vantage/ Theme install failed.” . How I can fix this problem? Thank you.
