The slider of focus Premium theme

Good morning focus Team

Could you please tell me how to activate the Slider ,?
It does not appear on my homepage .

I was in theme ;;;;;;;;;Appearance :::::::widgets , there is no widget of the slider for my focus theme .

    I’m not sure if Focus and Vantage are the same or not, but in Vantage if you go to Appearance > Theme Settings, click on the Home tab, you can set the slider there. Sorry if this does not help you.

    Hi Ousmane

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The Focus home slider, home page thumbnails and archive page layouts all depend on your posts having featured images added.

    In the Focus demo: http://demo.siteorigin.com/focus/ all of the images you see there are featured images. Here is how to add them to your posts:

    Focus has Slider settings available at Appearance > Theme Settings > Slider.

    Good Morning

    I tried after reading a lot of post of the forum to use code that you already gave to the users for my own website . Unefortunately , it does not work .

    I find this code in the forum ,

    #masthead {

    background: #000;

    background-image: -webkit-gradient(linear, left bottom, left top, from(#000), to(#000));

    background-image: -moz-gradient(linear, left bottom, left top, from(#000), to(#000));

    background-image: -ms-gradient(linear, left bottom, left top, from(#000), to(#000));

    color: #FFF;

    }

    I put it on my Custom CSS , it does not work .

    Could you please tell me what is wrong ?

    Hi Mr Dabo

    Your changes do look to be taking effect. #000 is black. You’d need to change that to your preferred color. If you need help getting the hexadecimal code for your preferred color, just let me know.

    ” POST YOUR VIDEO ” is on the menu of http://www.towatchvideos.com and is the last Title of all the Menu .

    Sure, try the following under Appearance > Custom CSS:

    .menu > li:last-of-type { background: red; }

    Thanks a lot , it works very well .
    A last question is : I want people or everyone to post directly a video like in YOUTUBE . Any member of the website could post his own video without having an admin accesss to my website ;

    Do i need to configure Focus Video Plugin ?
    Videos have to be posted on the Page ” POST YOUR VIDEO ”

    Super, glad we could help.

    The Focus Video plugin is used for you, the admin, to add videos to your posts. It’s not necessarily something aimed at users adding videos.

    You’d need to look into a plugin solution for something like this. I haven’t used one in the past so unfortunately can’t recommend one at this time.

    Do Siteorigin recommends a LOGIN PLUGIN ,,?

    I already lost a website a few months ago when I installed a login plugin ;

    For my website what login plugin i could install without losing or blocking it ?

    Yesterday I tried to customize my Login and registration Page .
    I use The plugin Custom Login Page Customizer , really easy to use .
    Once , I finished customizing the page , I got this following words ” cheatin’ uh ” when I validated the page .

    Could you please tell me what could be the problem ?

    Hi :)

    This is a frustrating error that sometimes pops up. It’s normal application is when a user is trying to access page they don’t have permissions for. However, sometimes you can run into this error even when you’re logged in as administrator.

    Have you tried logging out and then logging back in? If that doesn’t work you’ll need to run through a few troubleshooting steps:
