Text not lining up in second level menu

The text in my second level menu (under SERVICES page) is not lining up correctly. Please advise.

    The main reason there is the different sizes of the menu icons. One solution would be to force the size of the icons. The following custom CSS should handle this.

    .main-navigation [class^="icon-"] {
    width: 1em;
}

    You can add this to Appearance > Custom CSS.
