Hi, exploring the new siteorigin testimonials widget. It seems to work more like a directory widget. I can see it will be very useful like this. Am I missing something?

Hi Philip
Sorry the documentation isn’t out for this yet. It’ll be as soon as possible. When ready you’ll find it here: https://siteorigin.com/widgets-bundle/testimonial-widget-documentation/.
You’re not missing any thing. I guess when you break down what testimonials are, they are usually bits of test with a linked image so sure, this widget could be used to list anything that required those fields. Image, title, text etc.
Thanks for giving it a try :)
Hi Andrew,
I think I have tested this now.
I think that there should be an option to attach the link to the image, the title or both. Currently it seems to enter it, tell it to open in a new page however it is neither displayed nor applied to anything. The urls are showing on my sample because I entered them in the text as well.
It seems after a certain number – and that number may be 11 – you lose the normal editor and go back to a more bog-standard editor. I don’t think that is a biggie as I am probably the idiot that decided to have more than three entries!
Thanks for your feedback. I’ll look into the URL issue with the guys and have it resolved in the next release.

You guys are excellent.
Thanks :) I’ll run over these points with Greg a little later today. Chat soon.
Can I just say Thankyou to you guys for this module. It seems to be quite liberating in many ways – one day I may even use it for testimonials!
