Tesseract – Not layout responsive on a mobile device

Hi
I have built my site using Tesseract, and while in the build mode ie server address it was responding fine (and still does) www.downrightcreative.co.uk/liferenewalhypnosis
But now I have created webforwarding to the address www.liferenewalhypnosis.com the layout is not collapsing/responding to mobile devices.
I haven’t changed anything in the plug in (page builder) settings
Any help out there please?
