Telephone field in contact form

Hello,
I have installed the Page Builder plugin and I keep having a problem with the contact form that comes with it.
I use a telephone field in the contact form. However, the telephone field seems always wrong. It doesn’t matter what telephone number I use. Can you please tell me what the requirements are for that field?

    Hi. Page Builder doesn’t have a built in contact form. I’m not sure it’s the SiteOrigin Page Builder you’re running on your site. There are some ThemeForest authors who do bundle our plugin but I don’t see any signs or ours when I view your source. It would be best if you sent this question through to the theme author on ThemeForest.
