Tabs structure

hello and thanks for your great plugins

i have a problem making a certain page structure on my membership website

i wanna make a page with builder which looks like this image

this is real example website what i want mine looks like

so it seems something like custom left vertical tabs with items when click on one of them it create the right horizontal tabs with page

this area is a member area for my subscribers and i will write my updates in this area and member’s will be redirected to this .

today i found the widget tabs and i think i am half way to my idea after a lot of searches
