Support documentation and problem with menu

Hi, I purchased the Jack & Rose theme for my daughters wedding website.

Most of the site is working okay but I have 2 problems which are probably down to my ignorance rather than actual faults.

1. I cannot actually find the documentation on how to use the theme itself. On the dashboard option on the WP menu, it has documentation as a tab but this just takes you to an overview of theme in themeforest but not to any actual documentation. Where do I find this?

2. On the demo site, it shows a single large image behind the main site logo. I cannot find where you put that image in the theme as the scrolling effect over that image is really nice and I want to achieve the same thing. Can you tell me where that image has to be entered please
