I’m using the Vantage theme and it’s great.
However, I’ve just run a test through http://www.woorank.com/ and it seems like our site speed and load time is letting us down a little. Our website is www.tradeslot.com
Do you have any ideas or suggestions on what I can do to improve its performance?
I haven’t done any CSS customisation to the theme and the site isn’t picture heavy either – except for a few pics on the slider which are about 100kb each.
I’ve also got the W3C Total Cache plugin installed – not exactly sure if this helping out much though…
Would love to hear your suggestions!

Thanks for running Vantage.
I’m not expert on this topic unfortunately. It sounds like you’re already looking at the items I’d recommend looking at. Namely image optimisation and the use of a caching plugin. I don’t have any further ideas. You could perhaps take a look at your plugin list and see if there are any you can do without, that could help a little.
CSS and JS minification almost always cause theme issues, I usually don’t use those when setting up caching plugins, just a heads up there.
