Suggestions: Add multiple rows with check box for top or bottom

When I am trying to add rows, it asks me for number of columns.

Sometimes I already know that I need 2 rows with 1 cols, 3 rows with 3 cols and 2 rows with 2 cols.

Suggest option to add multiple rows with an option to add above or below the existing rows (so as to make the drag and drop closer to where it needs to be.)
