Subpages dropdown menu is caught underneath elements on the page

Hi, i am using a plugin to embed pdf files, and when i embed the files they show up above the dropdown menu. Should’nt that override everything else?

    Now i also noticed that embeded youtubevideos overlaps the menu to.
