I’ve recently built a site using the Vantage theme, I’m very impressed by how smooth it works but unfortunately the sub-menus won’t work on mobile devices. The sub-menus was one of the main reasons I went for this theme so I’m hoping I can get this to work.

It looks like you have responsive menu disabled for mobile viewing. Please navigate to Appearance->Theme Settings->Navigation and select the option for responsive menu and save. The submenus should then be available for mobile users.

Just checked there, is that option is only available to premium members. Can you let me know ASAP as I want to finish my website and start promoting it.

Yes, I am afraid that this option is only available in the premium version. You can upgrade either through Appearance->Premium Upgrade to pay by PayPal, or via https://gumroad.com/l/nnpF to use the alternative method.

If you purchased through Gumroad you will need to wait for the confirmation email from SiteOrigin which will include your activation code. This may take up to 24 hours as orders are processed manually. If you ordered through the Paypal method then you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
When the premium download is installed and activated navigate to Appearance->Theme Settings->Premium and enter your activation code.

Magus, I’ve now updated to Vantage Premium and my site is working fine on the my android mobile phone. I then tried my android tablet device and it’s still the same. Just wondering is there anything else I can do.
