Tagging Photos in Galleries

I'm using the Vantage theme and I'm extremely happy with the layout of my site, that said I'm wondering can I tag my photos in the galleries. I would just like to add the name of the location where the photos were taken so if someone searches a location my photo would show up.

Sub-menus not working on mobile devices.

I've recently built a site using the Vantage theme, I'm very impressed by how smooth it works but unfortunately the sub-menus won't work on mobile devices. The sub-menus was one of the main reasons I went for this theme so I'm hoping I can get this to work.
