strange permalink issue

Hi,
I have a page that is called accommodaties, but the permalink shows domain.com/accommodaties-2 as if it was a duplicate. Problem is it’s absolutely the only page called accommodaties. when i change the permalink, it just goes back to accommodaties-2
That would mean there is another permalink in use called accommodaties but it’s just not there …. Is there a way to view all permalinks in use? or do you have another idea for changing this permalink… it’s annoying ;-)
This is the page with the -2 added to the permalink:
accommodaties-2
but accommodaties gives a “That page can’t be found” responce

    Hi Peter

    Thanks for your question.

Go to Pages and click the Trash link, it might be called something different depending on your active language. There is most likely another page in trash with the permalink you want. Delete that page and the issue should resolve.

    Hope that helps.
