Stop embedded video from launching in new window

I am using the Self Hosted Video widget. The video does not launch.

I tried embedding the video without the Page Builder. The video launches, but it opens in a new window.

PROBLEM
1. How do I stop a video from launching in a new window?
2. How do I resolve the problem of the video not launching in the Self Hosted Video?
