Hi,
I am using Vantage Premium and for most of the time everything is working great. However, I currently am developing a website using Vantage Premium, but the sticky menu and ‘display scroll to top’ functionality is not working on a mobile device. It is working on a desktop though.
I have selected all options in theme settings, like responsive menu, sticky menu and display scroll to top, but it doesn’t get sticky.
I’ve read through a number of related forum threads, but everything mentioned there, including troubleshooting for conflicting plugins, is not solving the problem.
The website the issue occurs is: http://www.villapresentje.nl/inge
Thanks in advance for helping me out.
André
Hi André
This looks like the setting for mobile navigation is disabled. Can you just double check that setting for me. If you navigate to Appearance > Theme Settings, under the Navigation section is a setting called “Mobile Navigation”. Make sure this is enabled (so the box is checked).
If it’s already enabled, then we can dig a little deeper and try figure out what’s going on.
Hi Greg,
Thanks for your reply. All settings for mobile navigation etc. is all checked, so unfortunately a deeper dive is needed I think. Maybe good to know: on this this site I have used a header widget, using ‘layout builder’. With the ‘layout builder’ I have added 1 row split in 2: one uses the site origin image widget and the other uses the site origin headline widget. I am not sure if this impacts the way mobile navigation is triggered.
Wkr,
André
Hi Greg,
I just received an update for the Vantage theme and it looks like both the sticky menu and ‘scroll to top’ are available and working now.
