Sticky footer and slider on all pages

Hi!
1) How to make the footer to be all the time at the bottom?
2) How to set slider on all pages? (not only on home)

    Thanks for running Vantage. A sticky footer is unfortunately not possible within Vantage as is. Please see my thread here discussing another way of dealing with the footer size on low content pages:
