Static Front Page – will not display width at 100%

Whatever page i set to static front page, after a few minutes it reverts to around 70% instead of staying at full width – every other page is full width and i am using a theme at full width.

I have done a little research and noticed a thread with he same issue, which page builder was causing. It sounded as though you found a solution, can you please help me with this
