Space dbetween Menu bar and first row not removable

I’am using vantage premium.
On my homepage there is on top the menu bar and a row. In the row I’m using the visual editor.
The row has a padding of 0px.
The problem is a space between the menu bar and the row. This space I’ve tryed to remove with the following CSS:

.page-id-21 #main {
padding-top: 0px !important;
padding-bottom: 0px !important;

But the space still exists. If I enter eg 30px, the space appears larger. Then I enter again 0px, the spacesize is going back to the previous size, but not to 0px.

If I remove the menu bar, the space remains in the same size.

If I’m using meta slider, there is no space between the menu bar and the metaslider.

    Thanks for update. With cases like this we inspect the page source and CSS to suggest changes. If possible, please, update us when your site is online.
