Soundcloud iframe does not appear unless logged in

10 years ago · Last reply by Greg Priday 10 years ago

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue as this user, and they didn’t receive a reply so I am posting about it again.

Iframe not appearing when logged in (Quill Theme – SiteOrigin Pagebuilder)

When logged into the admin panel, the soundcloud players show up just fine when viewing pages. When not logged in, the spaces are just blank. When site origin is deactivated, they show up.

This is an example page. You will see the soundcloud players show because I currently have siteorigin deactivated, but would like to reactivate once this is resolved.

    Hi Annika

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
