Something Very Odd, slowing everything down

I’ve been using page builder for some time now but all of a sudden some of my pages have massively slowed down and I think it might be a Page Builder issue with the Latest WordPress

Top Row two widgets net two rows a single widget, bottom row 3 widgets

it used to load in well under 1 second it now takes several seconds even with cache enabled

looking in the source seems to show the problem, the code seems to repeat (I think 30 times)around line 390 I’m not sure why this s happening, now I thought maybe that the document plugin I was adding might be the problem so I built a test page
