Hi guys,

I have a strange issue with siteorigin editor. I have used siteorigin plugins and widgets for more than 20 websites, but I have never met a problem like this.

Two problems can be seem:
1. Inside the editor (Visual view), I can type (or copy) texts only to the half of the content field, like it would be some kind of margin there.

2. I tried to modify the color and the size of the font, using the Editor’s Design tab and CSS field, but nothing happens.

Please take a look at the prtscr I made: https://docs.google.com/document/d/16ptY8_hRPumwnHsKoMLUyj715XzBLuZt8GwuusxDsO4/edit?usp=sharing

I use Aagaz Startup wp theme.

Thanks for any help, in advance.

Best regards,
Timi

    Hi Timi

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    1. Please, try a plugin conflict test, details below:

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    2. font-size: 20px should work. You don’t need the closing ; for this particular Page Builder field, you can just write each declaration on a line without the closing ;. We can’t assist much with Custom CSS within our free support scope. If you’d like me to take a quick look, please, send a link to the page.
