Socials position in header

Hello,

if you go to my website you can see the social icons in my header and left to it a menu[my accounts,cart,contact us]. I want the menu on top of the header and the socials under it.

How can i chance the position of the socials more to the bottom and the menu at the place of the socials on top of my header.

I hope someone can help me.
