The Slider Widget in Page Builder disappeared in my blog post. There should be 3 photos in a slider on this page : http://www.beyondmg.com/scion-racing-at-the-pikes-peak-international-hill-climb/
Another thing that is happening is on the blog page, numbers are showing up before the summary. I have found the numbers to be the number of images on the slider, which I find odd.
If anyone could help me with these two issues, I would be very, very grateful. Thanks!
Hi Kelsy
* When you view the post in Page Builder is the slider widget still there?
* If you create a new post and insert a slider widget, does the same issue occur?
* If you’re running our Widget Bundle plugin, is it still active? Is the slider widget still active under Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets?
* Try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and check to see if the issue resolves.
* Are there updates pending at Dashboard > Updates? If so, update.
My fourth suggestion of checking for a plugin conflict is the most likely solution.
Hi Andrew,
*Yes, when I view the post in Page Builder, the slider widget is still there
*Yes, the issue still occurs when I add a new post with a new slider
*All of my plugins are active
*All of my plugins are active
*I tried deactivating and reactivating non-SiteOrigin plugins and nothing seemed to work.
*Everything is updated
How would I go about checking for a plugin conflict? The weird thing is that it was working fine, and then it wasn’t. I didn’t make any major changes to the site recently and it’s just a little worrisome.
Thanks for you help!
Hi Kelsy
Is this for your home page? Did I assist you with this earlier via email?
