Slider not showing up

I just downloaded the Page Builder plugin and am attempting my first page. I used a prebuilt format and edited the info. When I preview the page everything is behaving as it should except for the SiteOrigin Slider. It just decides not to show up. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi DragonFLY Racing

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Do you still need help with this problem? If so, please, confirm that the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is installed under Plugins. Next, go to Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets and ensure that the Slider widget is enabled.

Yes it is. I don’t think it’s compatible with my theme. I switched over to the layer slider and it works, but I liked the Site origin one better.

    Hi DragonFLY Racing

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the wait. Here is my test page: http://www.dragonflyracingdrones.com/test-page/. It seems that once we add more than one frame to the slider it no longer renders. This is most likely a plugin conflict. Before we run through how to do that, are you sure you need Page Builder? Using Page Builder and Visual Composer on the same installation is pretty resource demanding. Are you just checking them both out?

Plugin conflict testing instructions below if you want to dive into that.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi DragonFLY Racing

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
