    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Manigds

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Manigds

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Manigandan

As far as I can see, there isn’t a slider on the page /services/quaker/ – are you sure it’s there? There’s no HTML for a slider and none of the scripts that should be getting enqueued are there either. Are you sure you’re using a SiteOrigin Slider on that page?

Can you try recreating that page and see if that works?

Can you also export your prebuilt layout and post it here? Just click on the Prebuilt button, go to Import/Export, then click Download Layout. Once you’ve done that, you can post a copy here so we can take a look. Use the Add Media button here on the forums to upload it.

    Thanks.

It looks like you have a Meta Slider widget inserted in this post:

    http://sbenterprises.co.in/services/quaker/

The problem is that Meta Slider is no longer installed. Try going to Plugins > Add New and installing Meta Slider.

On the working page: http://sbenterprises.co.in/test-2/, you’re using a SiteOrigin Slider widget. The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is installed so that slider is working.

Hope that helps explain what’s happening. Instead of reinstalling Meta Slider you could also just delete the Meta Slider widget on the Quaker page and replace with a SiteOrigin Slider widget.

    Thanks.

The problem is a theme level conflict. When your theme is activated display: none; is being added to the sow-slider-base div. If you activate Twenty Fifteen, this isn’t the case. I’ll ask Greg to take a look and see if he can assist further.

Hi :) Thanks for the wait. Unfortunately, the problem I mentioned above is coming from your theme. To resolve you could either contact theme support and ask them to help, or, consider using another slider widget. Perhaps Meta Slider.
