Slide numbers appear in post snippet

Hi there, I am using the Siteorigin Page Builder and Widgets bundle in WP.

I have a post which contains two widgets: the Siteorigin editor and a Siteorigin slider. The text in the editor is about 30 words and the slider has 6 images in it.
The teaser of the post, as displayed by a Recent Posts widget (subtitled: Your site’s recent posts) on another page shows the text from the editor followed by 1 2 3 4 5 6
The numbers appear somehow from the slider. The numbers are plain text just like I wrote here.
I want to get rid of the numbers. In the slider widget there is no means for that from what I can find.
I tried placing a “more” tag at the end of the text in the editor to mark the end of the snippet but then I get a “read more” (also not a link) instead of the numbers. I placed even a Siteorigin image widget containing an invisible image between the two (editor and slider) but the numbers are there at the end of the snippet.

My WP is v4.7.3 (latest) and I’m using the Native Church theme from imithemes.

Help is much appreciated. Thank you very much.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ákos,

Unfortunately, the only real solution at this time is to create a manual excerpt or place more text prior to the slider (which isn’t always an option). In the future, we’re going to exclude certain widgets from being able to appear in the excrept. Sorry about this! :(

Thank you very much, Alex. The manual excerpt works like a charm :)
