“SiteOrigins Features” widget messed up with new update

I just updated my SiteOrigins Widgets Bundle and now my “SiteOrigins Features” widget it messed up. In my How It Works section, it is doubling up each of the icons. You can see what I mean on my homepage here: http://cuentobooks.com/

Please help! I can’t figure out how to get it back to how it was before. Was this due to the update?
