Home>Support>SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Not Compatible with WP v. 4.4

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Mona

There aren’t any known compatibility issues with the latest version of Page Builder and WordPress 4.4. Based on our testing and general community feedback everything is working properly.

    What issues are you getting?

It is possible that this could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

My guess, is that Mona is wondering why it says that the widget bundle is compatible up to WordPress 4.3.3 at https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/ – when the current version of WordPress is 4.4.2

At least, that is why I was hesitating installing the bundle ;)

    Great work, by the way.

Aaah, thanks Bjarne. My mistake. We’ve tested with the latest version in our development environments. I just forgot to update the compatibility tag. I’ve just updated it. Hopefully the change propagates soon.
