SiteOrigin slides Error

Hi there,

I am using SiteOrigin, and especially SiteOrigin slides. However, thew are not showing up on mobile. Instead, they are replaced with a blank space. I am trying on an IPhone X.

Can you please let me know what I should do to fix this? Thanks!
