SiteOrigin Page Builder with WPtouch extention Mobile Content

11 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 11 years ago

Hi,

We have build several sites with the Page Builder plug-in and it’s just awesome.
Also we use a plug-in for making the websites responsive in a minute, called WPtouch Pro.

But now we encountered an error in one of those plug-ins (I also sent this to the WPtouch support team).

When using the WPtouch plug-in itself in combination with Page Builder, everything is going fine, but when installing WPtouch’s extention “Mobile Content”, then the data for mobile devices and the desktop page content isn’t saved when Page Builder is activated on a page.

I don’t know whether this is some issue from the Page Builder side, but just wanted to let you know and see if you can fix this.

Please let me know, thanks in advance!

    Hi Wilrik

Thanks for your support. WP Touch can perhaps shed some light on this. From our side I can let you know that regular content is stored in the post_content field of the post table and Page Builder content is stored in the panels_data meta field. That could be the problem here. Perhaps WP Touch could build some Page Builder support in for the future?
