SiteOrigin Page Builder Tab is missing after update.

Hi,

Hope you can help me with my problem. The Page Builder tab is missing when I wanted to edit existing post or create a new post.
The Page Builder tab is not visible along side with Text and Visual Tab.
Tried the plugin conflict check – not working
Tried deativate-activate SiteOrigin Page Builder (Version 2.4.24) – not working
Tried uninstall and reinstall – not working
Tried on different computer with newly installed Firefox browser (no extension installed) – not working
Tried clear browser history and reboot – not working
Tried clone page and check, the Page builder tab still not showing.
I’m running WordPress 4.7.2.

Been looking for solution on this issue and was stucked for weeks now. Still no luck.
Hope you can help on this.

    For some reason, after refreshed/restart the server fixed the issue.
