SiteOrigin looks different in ThemeGrill ColorMag Unable to Build Page

SiteOrigin looks completely different in ColorMag and Envince. I wrote to the theme creators and they say SiteOrigin should work. But it doesn’t. There isn’t a page for me to arrange different posts and icons. Under ‘Posts’ I can select a post and size it in SiteOrigin (but it’s not the same as the demo). Still once I do so, the selected size doesn’t take. When I go to view the page, the size isn’t changed.
The full page that I see on the demo. Where is that usually installed under? Customize?

    Hi Sarah

    One possibility is that they’re running a fork of our Page Builder, but from the sounds of things they should be able to answer most of your questions and issues. The best thing to do would be to temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme, and make sure you’re running our version of Page Builder Page: Page Builder Plugin

    From there, you’ll be able to figure out where and how the issues are coming up.

    Thanks, Greg. I got it straightened out. Funny coincidence. I started watching YouTube videos on the subject and came across yours. Super helpful.
    I added you on FB. I'm impressed with the video and the product. I hope to keep up to date with its changes.
