SiteOrigin is not changing css anymore

Hi,
I have a strange problem.
At some stage Site Origin Custom css stopped changing anything.
I can make changes with the inspector tool, but when I copy these into CSS editor – nothing happenes.
I am using child theme of DIVI theme.
How can I start investigate the problem?
