SiteOrigin Hero is perpetually loading

Whenever I try to use the Hero Widget, when I click on the ‘Edit’ option from PageBuilder, the main screen keeps showing only the loading icon. Hence, I’m unable to use the Hero at all. since I can’t access any of the ‘Widget Styles’ options because they keep loading.

Please help.
