Hi there,

Google Maps widget doesn’t work properly in the footer area. I’m using Sydney theme and have all the latest updates installed. Widget works fine every where else on the site except in the footer area. In the footer the map shows occasionally. I have API key installed and have several APIs enabled:

Google Maps JavaScript API
Google Maps Geocoding API
Google Maps Android API
Google Maps Directions API
Google Maps Distance Matrix API
Google Maps Elevation API
Google Maps Embed API
Google Places API Web Service
Google Static Maps API

My site is www.riihonmajatalo.fi

How can I fix this?

Thanks!

mikko

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi mikko,

I’ve had a quick look at your website and the Google Maps widget is coming up for me. Are you still having issues with this widget?

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for your answer. It got solved the other day. I’m using WP Fastest Cache and there I had activated "a widget cache: Reduce the number of SQL queries", which caused the problem.

Thank you so much anyway : )

    mikko
