Hello everyone!
Could the SiteOrigin Google Map Widget be set in order to have the direction option available for anyone to type any starting point with a already defined destination? I want to be able to allow the visitors of my website to select a direction option / button and populate where they are coming from to get directions to the final determined destination.
Could someone help?
Thank you!
Hi StGiles,
As far as I’m aware, the Maps Widget does allow you to do this, but let me just ask Braam, the developer of this widget, if that’s the case.
Hi Greg:
Yes! The Maps Widget allows you to already set one direction from “Beginning Point” to “Ending Point” but I don’t think it allows you to have an open beginning point. If you go to a general google map, you can get directions by entering the “points”. Could we have the direction feature in the Site Origin Map where the visitor could click and enter the “beginning point” with a “ending point” already pre-defined?
Here is the Map I am working on: http://www.stgilesparish.org/map-and-directions/
The ending point should be Saint Giles.
Thank you!
Hi Greg: Any solution to my last question?
