SiteOrigin Editor – Visual tab not displaying content.

Hi, Team!

The titel sais it all. I am using the Editor to expand my website with HTML. The widget was working for some time, but now it displays only the Text tab . If you clic on the Visual tab nothing displays . If you go back to the Text tab, you will see all the content gone like with the Visual tab .

I have no pending updates and I have already tested for plugin conflict.

Any ideas on solving this are welcomed. (:

    UPDATE – ISSUE RESOLVED: I have managed to resolve the issue with the following steps:

    1. I use TinyMCE Advanced, so I went to the plugin settings and I have edited the buttons for the navigation bar.
    2. I have unchecked “Enable editor menu.”
    Note: I have refreshed my “Widgets” page to see if there was any effect from those actions. I don’t know how (since editor is disabled), but the issue was resolved and editor was accessible.
    3. I have checked again “Enable editor menu.” and then confirmed the content is still visible in the Visual tab.
