SiteOrigin Editor not working

10 years ago · Last reply by Greg Priday 10 years ago

Hello,

I have installed Virtue theme for my website, installed SiteOrigin page builder and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle also But when I open any page for editing, click on page builder tab, come SiteOrigin Editor. when I click on edit button for editing then it shows
“You need to install SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle to use the widget SiteOrigin_Widget_Editor_Widget.

Save and reload this page to start using the widget after you’ve installed it.” although I have already installed SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and activated also. I have also attached screenshot.

Please suggest me how I can overcome this problem.

    Hi Love Goel

This problem sounds like it might be a caching issue. The first thing to check is server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.

It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.

You can read more about this sort of issue on the WordPress codex.
