SiteOrigin Custom CSS and existing Custom CSS

9 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 9 years ago

I have added a number of Custom CSS codes using the Customm CSS section in WordPress and have now installed your plugin. I see that the CSS that I added through the WordPress editor is not automatically displayed in your plugin – Is there someway to add the custom Css that I already created to the plugin and removed it from the editor so everything is in one place?

Thanks
Sue

    Hi Sue

Sure, you can copy your existing rules and paste them into the field at Appearance > Custom CSS.

If you were using Jetpack Custom CSS then your custom CSS is at Appearance > Edit CSS.
If you added your Custom CSS to a child theme then it would be at Appearance > Editor > style.css.
If you were using a plugin like Simple Custom CSS then you will now have two Appearance > Custom CSS menu items.
