SiteOrigin CSS Plugin Issue

I have downloaded this plugin & basically understand how to use it but my problem is the scroll bar on the right. My browser scroll bar covers up the CSS program scroll bar, making it impossible for me to scroll down on my homepage to edit the areas I want. I have tried to find ways around this but I haven’t been able to. Could you please tell me how to fix this?

    Hi Nancy

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. Which theme are you using? You should be able to click anywhere in the site body while inspecting and use your scroll wheel or track pad to scroll down.

    Hi. I use a laptop & no mouse but I figured out that using the down button moves me down the page. I am using Envince theme. I will play with the program & let you know if I have any other issues. Thank you for the reply.
