SiteOrigin CSS Plug-in

9 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 9 years ago

I am using the Focus Premium theme on WordPress 4.6.1 and have been using your Custom CSS plug-in for a while now. Today the editor has stopped working. I click on the eye and the expand button but nothing happens. Nothing has been changed since the last time I used it and I was wondering if there has been an issue lately that I didn’t know about with this plug-in.

Thanks,

    Hi Roman,

There was recently a large update with SiteOrigin CSS that could have caused conflicts with other plugins. As a result, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on Dashboard page. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
