I need some help as the plugin does not seem to be working with my theme. In the console I see:
VM15443 inspector.min.js?ver=1.1.2:1Uncaught TypeError: i.padding is not a function
at HTMLDivElement. (VM15443 inspector.min.js?ver=1.1.2:1)

When I switch to any of the default WordPress themes everything works properly, so obviously the issue has something to do with the custom theme I am using.
Hi Matthew,
Can you please clarify the name of the theme you’re using? If it’s a completely custom theme, try temporarily disabling some of the JavaScript to see if something you’re including is causing you issues.
If that doesn’t help, or it’s not a custom theme, maybe it’s a plugin the theme connects with? Could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
