Hi
I have no inspector appearing. I started disabling plugins and the inspector appeared after disabling the Yoast SEO Plugin latest version.
I re-enabled Yoast SEO plugin and the inspector disappeared again.
Please advise. I am using Flatsome Theme.
Thanks
Hi Mapl3,
I can’t seem to replicate this issue with the latest version of SiteOrigin CSS and the latest version of Yoast installed. As such, I suspect there might be a plugin you have conflicting with Yoast that is causing SiteOrigin CSS to not work as expected as a result. As such, would it be possible for you to do a full plugin conflict test to see if disabling another plguin manages to resolve this issue.
Also, could you please navigate to WP Admin > Appearance > Custom CSS and could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
HI Alex
Thanks for the reply. I dis see that the plugin was not tested with the current version of wordpress but strangely enough, the inspector has now appeared. I am not sure why it is suddenly working.
I did however access the console and it showed me the contents.
No need to send them now.
Hi Mapl3,
I can assure you that this plugin has been thoroughly tested with the latest version of WordPress. Let me know if this issue returns and we’ll pick back up.
Hi Alex
The inspector icon was there. I clicked on it but when I hover there is no blue highlighting.
Sorry thought it resolved.
Hi Mapl3,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
This is a private message.
Hi Alex
Sorry prefer not to do that. Can you look at the console if I take it off maintenance mode temporarily?
Hi Mapl3,
That’s fine. Please understand I’m very limited in the support I can offer without it.
No, it has to be via the custom CSS screen. You should however be able to send me the contents of your console and that will suffice.
