For our website www.shockcover.nl we use the woocommerce theme atm, which sadly comes with some restrictions on customization. I’m not very experienced with wordpress and its themes, can do coding however but even then I sometimes end up banging my head against a wall.
In some cases I end up having to manually edit the main theme which is rather annoying as changes made here are lost whenever a new update is available. I’m looking into options now to make a backup of changes in the main theme, or get a plugin which actually doesnt get overridden in the end.
An example of things I like to customize are shown on https://www.shockcover.nl/shop/classic-black where I moved the shop button to the top. No matter what I tried to change outside of the main theme, it gets overridden in the end :-(
I see alot of functional plugins available here, and as I dont have time to redo the whole website I was wondering if anyone who has great knowledge/experience with your plugins could tell if what I want is possible (or maybe just totally not possible in my current setup).
